Your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are consumable health and personal-care items, returns are accepted only in the cases below.
Eligible cases
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged or leaking on arrival
- Product expired on arrival
Please share an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours of delivery by email to info@ayushvedaessentials.com or on WhatsApp at +91 98268 84821 with your order number.
Not eligible
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
Refunds
Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us. Prepaid cancellations are refunded in full.
